Engineering Services & Proposals

Gleamsol Solutions provides custom web application development, tailor-made CRM and enterprise software engineering, native mobile app development (iOS & Android), PDF to custom automation systems, and API cloud infrastructure integration.

Specific project deliverables, timelines, milestones, and technical requirements are formally established in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or written proposals agreed upon between Gleamsol Solutions and the client.

Source Code Transfer & Proprietary Rights

Upon full payment of all agreed project milestone fees, 100% ownership of custom source code, bespoke database schemas, UI design assets, and project documentation created specifically for the client transfers entirely to the client.

Gleamsol Solutions retains ownership of pre-existing open-source libraries, reusable utility modules, and general developer tools utilized during construction.

Cooperation & Milestone Approvals

Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary assets, brand materials, third-party API credentials, and feedback required for project milestones. Delays in receiving client assets or milestone sign-offs may adjust agreed delivery schedules accordingly.

Payment Schedule, Taxes & Refund Policy

Project estimates generated on our interactive estimator represent non-binding baseline quotes. Official contract pricing is agreed upon in a formal Statement of Work (SOW). Standard payment terms are structured around milestone deliverables:

• Milestone Installments: 30% Commencement Deposit prior to project kickoff, 40% upon staging environment QA sign-off, and 30% prior to production release & repository handover.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Electronic bank wire transfers, Stripe credit/debit card processing, and direct corporate transfer in USD, AED, or INR.
• Invoicing & Taxes: All invoices are issued with detailed milestone breakdowns and subject to applicable corporate tax and VAT regulations.
• Cancellation & Refund Policy: Initial deposits are non-refundable once sprint development has commenced. In the event of early project termination by written notice, billing is prorated based strictly on completed milestones and delivered code repositories.

30-Day Post-Launch Code SLA

All production software releases include a standard 30-day post-launch warranty period during which Gleamsol Solutions resolves any technical bugs or deviations from the agreed scope at no additional charge.

Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gleamsol Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server downtime, client-managed credential loss, or unauthorized modifications made to production codebases by external parties.
